BasicLab Esteticus emulsion Serum with 0.3% pure Retinol, 3% Vitamin C renewal and stimulation 30 ml

Specialty serum night in the form of a light emulsion with pure retinol 0.3% , ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and coenzyme Q10 , it has an effective anti-wrinkle and corrective effect. By stimulating the skin to renew, it visibly improves its structure and firmness, smoothes it and reduces the visibility of pores and wrinkles. At the same time, the optimal combination of soothing and moisturizing ingredients reduces the effects of building skin tolerance to retinol , accelerating its regeneration, strengthening the hydrolipid barrier, effectively protecting it against moisture loss and reducing redness and flaking.

ACTION:

• Pure retinol long-term stimulates the synthesis of collagen, making wrinkles smoothed and the oval of the face corrected. The skin gains youthful firmness and elasticity, and its structure is clearly improved.
• Vitamin C in the form of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate firms and tones the skin, prevents sebum oxidation and has a brightening effect, inhibiting melanin synthesis. Together with retinol, it effectively reduces discoloration, scars and acne.
• The content of strong antioxidants, coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E , effectively neutralizes free radicals, has an antioxidant effect and slows down the aging process of the skin.
• Ceramides , which are part of the intercellular cement, strengthen the natural protective barrier of the skin, accelerating its regeneration and effectively protecting it against moisture loss. Together with cholesterol and pentavitin , they perfectly improve the appearance of dry skin, reducing flaking and itching, soothing and providing it with long-term protection.
• The synergy of action of low- and ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid increases skin elasticity, reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Together with trehalose , thanks to their hygroscopic properties, they reduce transepidermal water loss.

• Baikal skullcap extract has strong anti-inflammatory properties,limiting the spread of inflammation,which effectively delays the aging process of the skin. It becomes less sensitive, better hydrated and firmer.
• Hydroxystearic acid reduces the harmful effects of UV radiation, contributing to the reduction of discoloration and the so-called. lentigines. In addition, it stimulates the production of collagen, together with retinol, causing a significant increase in skin firmness.

HOW TO USE:

We carry out the retinol treatment in the autumn and winter season (approximately from September to March/April). When using retinol in care, we absolutely apply high SPF50 + sun protection during the day and avoid exposure to the sun. It should also be remembered that during retinol treatment, the skin requires increased hydration and regeneration .

• We always start using retinol from a lower concentration , i.e. 0.3 or 5 % - both when carrying out the treatment for the first time and when resuming it after a longer break.
• We introduce retinol gradually , for the first 2 weeks, using it every 4-5 evening. After each completed two weeks , we reduce the interval between applications by 1 day .
• We apply it only once a day , only in evening care , on clean and dry skin , avoiding the eye area.
• At the beginning of introducing retinol to care , we apply it ourselves to observe the reaction of the skin. Ultimately, approximately 30-40 minutes after the application of retinol, a moisturizing and regenerating product can be applied , e.g. a serum with ceramides and/or a lipid winter cream.
• In the first weeks of use , you may notice redness, dryness or irritation of the skin, as well as its flaking - this is the result of building the skin's tolerance to this active substance.
• We switch to a higher concentration of retinol at the earliest when the skin tolerates the use of a lower minimum 4-5 times a week .
• We also introduce a higher concentration "anew", building skin tolerance - first every 4 days, gradually increasing the frequency over time.

The use of retinol throughout the year is acceptable , but for the spring and summer period it is worth switching to a lower concentration , and when planning increased exposure to the sun, stop using it completely about 4 weeks earlier.
