Written In The Stars lip liner is a product with a long-lasting, waterproof formula and a velvety matte finish. Intensely pigmented, soft texture with a matte suede-like finish, waterproof. It can be used both as a classic lip liner to precisely outline the lips, and as a matte lipstick for the entire lips. HOW TO USE

Lightly trace the contour of your lips, starting from the center of the upper lip and continuing towards the corners of the mouth. Then outline your lower lip, working from the center towards the corners of your mouth. You can also fill your entire lips with lip liner for a matte finish.
