METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

For the bath: Pour 2–3 liters of cold water over about 50g of mistletoe herb and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Then bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Strain the decoction and pour it into a bathtub with warm water.

Recommended bath time: approximately 10–15 minutes.

After bathing, gently dry your skin with a towel.
