METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Pour 2–3 liters of cold water over about 50g of birch polypore. Leave to steep for about 30 minutes, then bring to a boil and simmer for about 15–20 minutes.

Pour the strained decoction into a bathtub filled with warm water.

The recommended bathing time is approximately 15–20 minutes.

After bathing, gently pat your skin dry with a towel. Avoid using soap immediately after bathing if you want to maintain skin comfort.
