HOW TO USE

Pour 5 liters of water over the contents of the package (50 g), bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Then strain the decoction into a bathtub of water. The recommended bathing time is about 20 minutes at a temperature of 37°C.
